TekkaBuzz Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "you") and TekkaBuzz ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your use of the TekkaBuzz website and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional offers.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on TekkaBuzz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not create an account or use the TekkaBuzz platform.

TekkaBuzz is designed and operated for players based in Pakistan. All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and TekkaBuzz.

2Accounts & Registration

To use TekkaBuzz you must create an account. The registration process requires a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and accurate personal details including your full name as it appears on your CNIC. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate suspension under these Terms.

Age requirement: TekkaBuzz is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform. TekkaBuzz reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage — typically a copy of your valid CNIC. If age cannot be confirmed, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated on an unverified account may be withheld until verification is completed.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active TekkaBuzz account. Having more than one account — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same household — is a breach of these Terms. TekkaBuzz uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all related accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

• Your TekkaBuzz account is personal and non-transferable. You may not allow another person to use your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact TekkaBuzz support immediately.
• TekkaBuzz accounts must be registered and used from Pakistan. Use of VPNs or location-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited.
• You may close your TekkaBuzz account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

3Deposits & Payments

TekkaBuzz accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT from any major Pakistani bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other payment methods are accepted.

The minimum deposit at TekkaBuzz is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.

• Deposits are credited to your TekkaBuzz account balance immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider.
• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Using a payment account belonging to another person is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• TekkaBuzz does not charge any fees for deposits. Your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees — TekkaBuzz has no control over or liability for third-party fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited. If you deposit more than intended, contact TekkaBuzz support promptly.
• TekkaBuzz does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activities. Any suspicious deposit patterns will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

4Bonuses & Promotions

TekkaBuzz offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet offers, accumulator boosts, cashback promotions, and loyalty programme credits. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the TekkaBuzz Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Standard wagering requirement: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page, all bonus funds awarded by TekkaBuzz carry a 20x wagering requirement. This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before the funds — or winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn as real money.

• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Minimum odds restrictions apply on free bet and sports betting promotions. The applicable minimum odds for each offer are stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse TekkaBuzz bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk strategies — is a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension.
• TekkaBuzz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, provided active bonus balances already awarded to members are honoured under the terms in place at the time of the award.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games at TekkaBuzz use independently certified random number generators (RNG). Published RTP (Return to Player) values are theoretical figures provided by game developers and reflect long-run statistical performance — individual session results will vary. TekkaBuzz does not modify published RTP values.

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition at the time of the bet settlement deadline. TekkaBuzz follows widely recognised industry settlement rules for all markets — these are detailed in the in-platform betting rules accessible from the bet slip.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. TekkaBuzz will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in cases of clear technical error.
• Minimum bet stake across all TekkaBuzz sports markets is Rs 100. Minimum casino game stakes vary by title and are displayed on each game's information panel.
• TekkaBuzz reserves the right to void bets placed on events where result manipulation, match-fixing, or irregular betting patterns are identified. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or live bet — including server errors, disconnections, or game engine failures — TekkaBuzz will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round cannot be verified, the stake will be returned.
• Odds quoted on TekkaBuzz are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals at TekkaBuzz are processed in PKR only, via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure — if you deposited via Easypaisa, the same Easypaisa number should be used for the withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount at TekkaBuzz is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by the platform per transaction, though daily withdrawal caps may apply during peak periods — these are displayed in your account dashboard when active.

• Withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within 4–8 hours for bank IBFT transfers, for fully verified accounts.
• TekkaBuzz imposes zero processing fees on withdrawals. Any charges applied by the receiving payment provider are outside TekkaBuzz's control.
• Withdrawal requests can only be processed once KYC verification is complete. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawals require a verified CNIC and matched payment method on file.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only your real-money balance (deposits plus verified winnings from completed wagering) is available for withdrawal at any time.
• TekkaBuzz reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000. During such checks, processing may take up to 48 hours. The member will be notified if additional documents are required.

7Privacy & Data

TekkaBuzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside these Terms. In summary: we collect only the data necessary to operate your account and process PKR transactions; we do not sell your data to advertisers; we use 256-bit SSL encryption on all data in transit; and you may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.

By registering a TekkaBuzz account, you consent to us collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes identity verification data (CNIC details), transaction records, and device/session information used for security and fraud prevention purposes.

• TekkaBuzz will never share your gaming history or account details with any third party for marketing purposes.
• Security monitoring — including device fingerprinting and login location tracking — is used to protect your account and detect unauthorised access.
• Communication from TekkaBuzz (bonus notifications, account alerts, support responses) will only be sent via the channels you opt into at registration. You may update your communication preferences from your account settings at any time.

8Responsible Gaming

TekkaBuzz is committed to responsible gaming. Our Responsible Gaming Policy sets out the full range of tools and resources available to members. As part of these Terms, the following applies:

• TekkaBuzz will never market directly to a player who has self-excluded or is subject to an active cool-off period.
• Responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — are available from your account settings at all times and take effect immediately when activated.
• Requests to increase deposit or stake limits take a minimum of 24 hours to process, giving you time to reconsider.
• TekkaBuzz trains all customer support staff to recognise signs of problem gambling and respond appropriately, including referring members to support resources.
• If you or someone you know is experiencing gambling-related harm, contact the TekkaBuzz responsible gaming team at any time through live chat or email.

9Account Suspension & Termination

TekkaBuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its discretion where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple TekkaBuzz accounts under any name, device, or payment method combination.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses, game mechanics, or system errors in a manner not consistent with good-faith gameplay.
• Deposits or withdrawals linked to suspected money laundering, fraud, or funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or any technical means to mask your location or identity.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct towards TekkaBuzz staff.

In the event of suspension, TekkaBuzz will communicate the reason (subject to any legal restriction on disclosure) and, where applicable, return any real-money balance that does not form part of the investigation. Members may appeal a suspension by contacting TekkaBuzz support in writing.

10Disputes & Errors

If you believe a TekkaBuzz bet has been settled incorrectly, a bonus has not been credited as expected, or a technical error has affected your account balance, you should raise a dispute through the following process:

• Contact TekkaBuzz support via live chat or email within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
• Provide your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and as much detail as possible about the issue.
• TekkaBuzz will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 working days.
• Where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect payout — whether too much or too little — TekkaBuzz reserves the right to correct the balance accordingly, with prior notice to the affected member.

11Limitation of Liability

TekkaBuzz provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or completely exclude the possibility of technical issues arising. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• TekkaBuzz is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• TekkaBuzz is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions that affect your ability to access the platform or complete a bet.
• In all cases, the maximum liability of TekkaBuzz to any individual member arising from a single event shall not exceed the value of the transaction directly involved in the dispute.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Pakistani law.

12Changes to These Terms

TekkaBuzz may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, or industry best practice. When material changes are made, TekkaBuzz will:

• Post a notice on the TekkaBuzz platform at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect.
• Send an email notification to the registered email address on your account.
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the TekkaBuzz platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact TekkaBuzz support to close your account and process any available real-money balance.
